The Foundling Museum / Scope 

Set over four floors, the Foundling Museum in London’s leafy Bloomsbury is a beautiful and inspiring venue for events. We were approached by Scope charity to host a supporters meal, designing a contemporary menu around a Georgian theme to tie in with the eighteenth-century Picture Gallery.

  • Canapes: Smoked cod roe on toast w/ lemon jam & turnip. Cheese gougeres. Pork rillettes w/ pickled plums & chicory.
  • English Heritage tomatoes w/ salt cod & lovage
  • Lamb faggot w/ mead, onions, smoked yogurt, little gems hearts & baked potato
  • Nutmeg syllabub w/ apple, lemon verbena & shortbread
