The Pagoda / Tina & Petes wedding 

The Pagoda was built in 1760 as a summer house for the Earl of Cardigan and was later used by Caroline, Princess of Wales. Tina & Pete required a table service buffet with an emphasis on vibrant autumnal food, with plenty of choice for vegetarians.

  • Slow roast pork belly w/ fennel seed, lemon & bay, served with a green olive & parsley pesto
  • Roast shoulder of lamb w/ pomegranate molasses served with tahini dressing
  • Broad bean fritters w/ roasted red pepper salsa
  • Roast butternut squash w/ portobello mushrooms, walnuts, chilli & feta
  • Roast beetroot, cucumber & parsley salad w/ toasted sesame seeds & sherry vinegar
  • Potato salad w/ capers, gherkins & dill, with a sour cream & horseradish dressing
