When friends Bex & Dan asked us to cater their wedding at the stunning Sparkford Hall in Somerset, we couldn’t wait!
Weddings out of London are always a treat for us & working with the incredible team at Sparkford Hall made the whole event run like clockwork. Set in a marquee in the grounds of the house, it was truly a breathtaking location for a feast in honour of matrimony.
Their feasting menu was a celebration of spring using, amongst other things, asparagus & glorious new season Lamb, and took influence from Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
