May Wine Tasting - Cool vs Hot: How Climate Shapes Your Glass
May Wine Tasting - Cool vs Hot: How Climate Shapes Your Glass
📅 Thursday 29th May, 7 PM
🍷 6 wines + snacks
Ease into the final Spring Bank Holiday with us at Klose & Soan.
Join us on Thursday 29th May for an intimate guided tasting that explores how climate influences organic and biodynamic winemaking — from crisp, mineral-driven whites grown in cool mountain valleys to bold, sun-drenched reds from warmer regions.
Led by passionate sommelier Laurence Brydges, this evening promises lively discussion, unexpected favourites, and plenty of good wine chat.
You’ll taste 6 organic wines, carefully selected from some of our favourite suppliers — including Wines Under The Bonnet and Passione Vino — each chosen to highlight the contrast between cool and hot climate winemaking. Expect seasonal snacks from our kitchen and the option to purchase the wines you’ve tried with 10% off.*
Only 14 places available – book early to avoid missing out.
