As the year begins to slow, the light softens and the evenings draw in, we’re inviting you to gather around our dining room tables for our final wine tasting of 2025 — this time to celebrate the festive season with bubbles, warmth, and all the wine inspiration you need for the season ahead.

On Thursday 4th December, we’ll be hosting a Festive Wine Tasting in the dining room at Klose & Soan, in collaboration with our friends at Wines Under The Bonnet. Together, we’ll explore five wines chosen for the season — beginning with a bright, crisp fizz, followed by expressive whites, an amber-toned skin-contact or oxidative wine, and finally a rich, comforting red before finishing on something sweet to toast the year’s close.

It’s an enlightening and inspiring way to ease into December — a chance to taste some impeccable wines, learn from the depth of knowledge and joyous energy that Al of Wines Under The Bonnet continuously brings, and perhaps find the bottles you’ll be opening at your own celebrations this year.

Tickets are £40 per person and include the tasting of five wines. Guests will also receive 10% off any bottles purchased on the night, with free local delivery available — making it easy to stock up for Christmas and New Year.

We’ll be hosting this one in our dining room, keeping things intimate and unhurried, with space for just 24 guests.
