A New Year, A New Rhythm, A Serendipitous Meeting

Some stories begin quietly, without announcement or intention — just a bag hitting the floor, a flutter of colour, and a moment that shifts the air in the room. That’s how we met Sally Hunter.

One evening, she came in for dinner with a friend and settled into the window table for a relaxed evening together. As they were getting ready to leave, her bag tipped over and a deck of tarot cards spilled across the table, catching the light — and our attention. One curious question led to another, and within minutes we were all somewhere deep in conversation: tarot, astrology, cycles, intuition, the moon, the unseen — all the esoteric threads that spark when the timing is right.

It felt serendipitous, placed rather than accidental.

The idea of hosting readings at Klose & Soan had been quietly bubbling for a while, and in that moment, it surfaced. We exchanged a few messages on Instagram, but as life gathered its usual pace, we decided to let the universe steer. Then, late on a Saturday night, a message from Sally arrived — warm, open, full of momentum. A few weeks of connecting, dreaming and shaping the vision later, here we are: beginning 2026 with a night that feels gentle, grounded and full of possibility.

A night to start again.

Sally Hunter is a London-based tarot reader, psychic medium and storyteller who brings an easy, luminous kind of magic to every room she enters. Her work blends intuition, symbolism and a playful spiritual curiosity, guiding people toward clarity, confidence and deeper self-connection. Her readings are part guidance, part reflection, part cosmic pep talk — warm, grounded and quietly transformative.
She has read for weddings, baby showers, private events, intimate gatherings and 1:1 sessions across the UK and beyond.

For our first night back in 2026, Sally will offer an inviting introduction to tarot — a moment to reset, realign and explore the possibilities of the year ahead. Whether you’re curious or seasoned, her approach makes tarot feel welcoming, imaginative and beautifully expansive.
